Regena is a management educator, leadership developer and independent scholar. She has extensive experience with MBA leaders in the USA and NZ. She has been the Director of both Otago University’s Executive MBA and the University of Auckland’s Executive and Management MBA programmes. Her teaching was in organisational behaviour with an emphasis on leadership development. In addition to her tertiary qualifications, Regena is an international affiliate of the American Psychological Association and qualified in the MBTI™, TKI® and FIRO-B® self-assessments, Margerison McCann Team Management Index and 360-Degree Feedback Instrument.

		Brodwyn Boock Executive Director MBA, BCom Accounting MHRINZ
Brodwyn is a highly skilled general manager with diverse experience within the tertiary education, public and private sectors. She has a breadth of practical experience with strengths in strategic thinking and planning, financial management, human resource management, marketing strategy and organisational change. Brodwyn worked with Regena for six years as Associate Director of Otago’s Executive MBA and gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of the leadership and team development components of the programme. She now plays a significant role in the design and delivery of leadership and team development experiences for MBA Ltd clients.

Vivienne is a certified job and career transition coach,an internationally accredited global career development facilitator and is qualified in the MBTI™ . She has extensive work experience in NZ, Australia, and England in the finance, banking, insurance, legal, manufacturing and hospitality sectors. She has also worked previously with Regena, supporting, counselling and advising students of the Auckland MBA programme. Since 1998, Vivienne has worked with clients through her own business Career Reflections. In working with MBA Ltd as an Associate she brings her breadth of experience to assist our clients to effectively manage their career transition process.
